Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix commemorates a moment of drama in the long history story of The Glenfiddich Distillery.

4 roofs collapsed and several more were badly damaged after weeks of record low temperatures, four feet of densely compacted snow lay the distillery roofs, causing some of the warehouse roofs to collapse from the sheer weight of the snow.

Glenfiddich is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky produced by William Grant & Sons in the Scottish burgh of Dufftown in Moray.

Glenfiddich means "valley of the deer" in Scottish Gaelic, which is why the Glenfiddich logo is a stag.
